Joe Russo and his team did a great job renovating my condo. They stayed on time and on budget, and were very responsible and detail oriented. Joe is also easy to reach. He promptly returned texts and calls.

Joe did a full exterior renovation for us. Roof, siding, windows and doors. He was easy to work with. The roof was done in two days and his team worked through freezing temps to get the siding done. The house looks practically brand new!

Hiring Laura Mae Properties for the remodel in areas of our home couldn’t have gone any better. Not only was Joe extremely thorough and efficient in getting us our remodel quote as well as coordinating the schedule with me as to when each part of the project would be getting done but the guys he had doing the work were awesome. You can tell they cared about their techniques and took extra care in both the demoing and rebuilding of my flooring, baseboards, trim, etc. If something couldn’t work, even a tiny detail, it was always discussed with me first and they made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done instead.
